Cancellations Terms
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount. One week before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount. In the event of late arrival or early departure, no discounts will be granted. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! CORONA EXCEPTION: If a guest falls ill with Covid-19 themselves, travel cancellation insurance will come into effect, which must be taken out by the guest himself.
